Gray Transportation and RBS Xpress pay a competitive
.29 to .38 cents per mile loaded or empty. Experience
and longevity considered.
Bonus Program
Professional Pay is a .03/mile weekly bonus given to those drivers that perform their duties in a professional manner. This bonus begins on day one.
Performance Pay is a monthly bonus that rewards the drivers that can maintain an average of 27,000 to 33,000 miles in a 3 month period.
(2,250 miles weekly average = 27,000 miles, pays a bonus of .01 per mile)
(2,500 miles weekly average = 30,000 miles, pays a bonus of .02 per mile)
(2,750 miles weekly average = 33,000 miles, pays a bonus of .03 per mile)
Signature Driver is a program that rewards a driver for adapting to our company policies. This program awards an extra .01 per mile to their base pay. This program is evaluated after 90 days.
Recruiting Pay will pay a driver up to $1,250 per recruit. The driver will receive $250 when the recruit delivers their 1st load and $250 every 3 months up to a year.
Below are projected earnings when cost of benefits are added to mileage pay.

Equipment
Our companies operate 125 late model conventional tractors. These tractors consist of Volvo, Freightliner, and Peterbilts. We also operate over 400 48 and 53 foot refrigerated and dry van trailers. This 2.5 trailer to tractor ratio allows us to have set out trailers for our drop and hook operations.
New Terminal
Gray Transportation and RBS Xpress' new 18,000 sq. ft. terminal is located in Waterloo's Northeast Industrial Area.
